How do we secure a date for an event?​

  • A 50% deposit is required to hold date upon reservation. 

  • Full payment is required within 48 hours before the event. 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

  • We offer rescheduling options.

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • In the event we absolutely cannot reschedule your event; we will issue a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.

 

How long are the picnics?  

  • Standard picnic package is (2) two hours. 

  • We offer up to (3) three hours of picnic time for groups greater than (4) four guests.

  • Additional hours can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. 


What do the picnics cost? 

  • Baseline package starts at $350 for two guests for two hours. 

  • Each Additional guest thereafter is $50 per head up to 20 guests. 

  • Once all the details of the picnic are finalized we will send you a contract/invoice for electronic payment to complete the reservation. 

Do you only offer picnics?
