How do we secure a date for an event?​

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure preferred date upon reservation. 

  • Full payment due 7 days prior to event date.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

  • We understand that "life happens" we gladly offer rescheduling options.

  • Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Deposits can be used towards a gift giftcard or a future event.  

How long are the picnics?  

  • Standard picnic package is (2) two hours. 

  • We offer up to (3) three hours of picnic time for groups greater than (8) eight guests.

  • Additional hours can be arranged upon request. 


What do the picnics cost? 

  • Baseline package starts at $400 for two guests for two hours. 

  • Each Additional guest per person range from $50.00 to $75.00 per person based on tablescape vs. picnic package selected.

  • Once all the details of the picnic are finalized we will send you a written contract/invoice for your review.

  • Electronic payment is required to complete the reservation. 

Do you only offer picnics?

  • We offer more than picnics and tables capes.
